Marketing & Client Experience Manager
Venita joined Stewart Group in July 2025, bringing with her more than a decade of expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing and graphic design. What began as a maternity cover appointment, her role has since grown to encompass the full breadth of the firm's marketing and client experience work, shaping how Stewart Group looks, sounds and connects with the people it serves.
Venita is drawn to the craft of making a trusted firm more visible, and to the particular challenge of translating complex financial ideas into communication that feels clear and human.
Before joining Stewart Group, Venita spent several years in senior marketing roles within the New Zealand wine industry, including as Marketing Manager at Craggy Range. Her background spans global brand campaigns, close collaboration with executive leadership, and governance experience through executive committee roles in industry bodies. Earlier in her career, she travelled extensively while working onboard a superyacht, an experience that shaped both her adaptability and her eye for detail.
Outside of work, Venita is mid-way through the restoration of her home, with nods to its mid-century and architectural bones. She tends an expanding menagerie of small animals, is cultivating a serious dahlia collection, and keeps busy with her two school-aged children, all of which, it turns out, calls on much the same set of skills.
