Alison Donovan

Alison joined Stewart Group in September 2011 as the firm’s Practice Manager.  Although new to the financial services sector, she came from a similar role at Bannister & von Dadelszen, a law firm, in Hastings where she had been Practice Manager for four and a half years.  Prior to that she worked in various roles in Wellington, mainly in the legal industry.

As Stewart Group’s Practice Manager, Alison oversees the day-to-day running of the business, looking after compliance, human resources, IT, marketing, strategic planning and special projects. 

When not at work, Alison has a young family who keep her pretty busy and she is working extramurally towards her Diploma in Business.  For the small amount of spare time left after family and study, she enjoys pilates, playing tennis, a good book and a glass of wine once the kids are in bed.
